Option One

File with your insurance. We are currently in network with Medicaid providers including Healthy Blue, Kansas, United Healthcare Community Plan, and Sunflower Health Plan.

Option Two

SB123 Eligible participants. If you are currently on Intensive Supervision Probation or Court Services Probation, ask your Officer if you are eligible for SB123 funding.

Option Three

Self-Pay Fee for Services 

Those individuals without health insurance, those that are indigent, not covered by grant funding or another funding source will be eligible to apply for a sliding scale fee for service based on the current years United States Poverty Guidelines

For individuals that do not qualify for sliding scale fee for service the fee schedule below will apply:

Individual Session- $50 per session 

Outpatient Group- $75 per session 

Assessment- $150 per Adult Assessment 

DUI Assessment -$150 (rate set by the state of Kansas)

Adolescent Assessment- $50 Assessment  

Case Management $20 per session
