We provide telehealth substance use disorder counseling services throughout the state of Kansas.
Community-Bridge Recovery, Inc provides the following Adult and Adolescent Substance Use Services for individuals 12 years of age and over:
· Substance Use Disorder Level 1.0 Outpatient Group Counseling (to include families)
· Substance Use Disorder Level 2.1 Outpatient Group Counseling (to include families)
· Early Intervention/Interim Services
· Substance Use Disorder Individual Counseling (to include family intervention)
· Assessment for treatment of Substance Use Disorders
· Substance Use Disorder Treatment Referrals
· Tobacco Cessation with referral to Medication Assisted Treatment Providers
· Medication Assisted Treatment Care Coordination
· Person Centered Case Management
· 8 hour ADSAP/ADIS on-line class
· DUI Assessment and referral
